Hydrograph unit Input to use FSR data

I was attempting to use the hydrograph function to calculate the runoff from a proposed graveyard field into the newly proposed system. I woudl need to use the hydrogrph to predict the input form each field at critical storm events for the respective areas; however, I found it was rather awkward to have to download a separate reFH2 license as this was £300 to purchase.

Can you please either find a way to include the reFH2 license or includde FSR data as standard?
