Check dams are commonly used in swales to temporarily pond runoff to increase pollutant retention and infiltration and decrease flow velocity, but Flow does not have an option to model them. As they are a recognised SuDS feature, and commonly used, the inclusion of an option would allow their benefits to be modelled accurately.

Totally agree with this - I have been modelling as a triangular plate with perforations topped by a weir, entered as a user defined depth/flow control . But without a facility to keep a library of controls this has to be copied and pasted multiple times, and you can't easily keep track of which control parameters are appropriate for which swale profile.
