select hydrobrakes manually and/or change the flush-flow point

Given the development of "fit to outlet pipes (XP)" and the ability to manually set the Flush-Flow point on other ones, it would be useful to be able to have more flexibility within flow to either manually select a specific hydrobrake or at least be able to set the flush-flow point so that models more accurately
